All Things New part 2

"And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign forever and ever" (Revelation 11:15). All things are made new in Christ. This is what happened on the cross. Jesus brought the Kingdom of Heaven to earth. But look at our verse: The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of the Lord. Jesus didn't throw away what was already there. He simply made it new. Put it under new management, if I can say it that way. And the way it's phrased there, "are become," means HAVE become and ARE becoming. That's what the manifestation of the finished work is all about. There's something that's absolutely true--and His name is Jesus--and as He reveals that truth--as He reveals Himself--to us and as us and through us then what is true becomes true for us. When we KNOW and BELIEVE the truth, that's when it manifests in our lives. And I love this part too: Great voices in heaven were giving witness to the change that took place on the cross. They were confessing the truth, and that's when it became a reality. Now look at this: the new management that is the Lord ruling and reigning forever and ever... that's us! We were made new. We were drawn into Him even as He planted Himself (and His incorruptible seed... His mind... His heart...) in us. We are kings and priests with the power and authority and dominion to rule and reign on the earth. WE are the new managment. WE are what all of creation is waiting for. The manifestation of our true identity both in and as Jesus! In and as God in the flesh. In and as love in a body. Because it's all about love. Love is the new law of the land. God (who is love) is the law of our being. And the Holy Spirit is our love receptor. He is what allows us to receive and release this new deal. This New Covenant. This love. When Jesus went to the cross and remade the world in His image He got rid of everything else. He got rid of sin, and suffering, and death, and darkness. And He shined His light so that we could see what it's all about. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel. And it's not a freight train coming your way. It's the light of the world. It's the revelation that all things are new. You are new. You are not who the world says you are. You are who DADDY says you are. The world has no power because A. God is all-powerful. And that doesn't mean MOST powerful. It means there is no other power. And B. The world has become the Kingdom. The old heaven and the old earth passed away. The old body and the old mind were buried when Jesus became the old man (Adam) and was buried. And then He rose again as a new creation. And since we were in Him when He did it WE were buried and WE rose again as a new creation. The old rules don't apply. The New Commandment is to love as we are loved by Jesus. To receive it and release it. And now, because all things are new, we can do so!
