Incorruptible part 3
I don't want to fight with anybody. If you follow my ministry at all, I think you know that. In fact, besides my daily Rant, and my videos, I usually just keep my opinions to myself. But since this IS my daily Rant, I want to talk about 1 Corinthians 15:51-52. With the disclaimer that I'm NOT going to argue or fight about it. The King James Bible reads like this, "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." And here's why I don't want to fight about it: I think a lot of people are waiting for this last trump to sound. And I'm ok with that. If you want this to be in your future... so be it. I think when you put ANYTHING out in the future it can be dangerous. Because, "Hope deferred maketh the heart sick..." (Proverbs 13:12). But, again, I don't feel as if it's my place to convince you that what I think is right. I just try to listen to my Daddy and tell you what I think He's saying. So. What I think He's saying is, "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (1 John 3:2). We will see Him as He is... in the twinkling of an eye. And then we we BE transformed into what we have already BEEN transformed into! The incorruptible seed--which is Jesus, which is love--that was planted in us will begin to bear fruit in our lives. The fruit of the Spirit, which is love. Remember now, a seed can only produce after it's own kind. An incorruptible seed of love can only produce love. But remember also, the problem sometimes is the soil the seed is planted in. What you feed, or nourish, is what will grow. My point is: The mystery is Christ in you, the hope of glory. And it's when that mystery is revealed--to us, and in us, and through us--that what's inside comes out; when we know what's in there. I think we HAVE all been changed. But I think the people perish because of a lack of knoweldge. We don't know THAT we have been changed, or we don't know WHAT we have been changed into. So we keep going along, waiting for something to happen. I've said this many times: We don't need a move of God. 2,000 years ago on the cross God moved. What we need is a revelation of Jesus. We need to know what that move of God WAS, and we need to know what it means for us RIGHT NOW. Because when He appears--or when He reveals Himself to us, and in us, and through us--that's when the truth (that is already true) manifests in our lives. That's when we--who already ARE incorruptible--begin to BE who we ARE. We stop trying to be someone we're not when we know and believe that we ARE the Son(s) of God. Because when we know who we really are, we won't NEED to be anyone else. When we know God as loving heavenly Father we won't need to look for love in all the wrong places. We'll be able to look inside. And when we know (and believe) that love is inside--the incorruptible seed that Jesus planted in us when He was lifted up from the earth on the cross and drew us all into Himself--that's when we can receive and release the love of God. That's when what's inside WILL come out. Naturally. That's when the seed will produce fruit!
